Billing & Insurance
We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see or the services you can receive.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Cash Discount Available
As cost to operate our business increases, we are forced to decide to either increase the cost across the board for our products & services or to find ways to offset some of these expenses. To keep our cost down so that we can continue to provide you with the most competitive pricing we are offering immediate savings to our cash paying customers.
Notice
Our cash paying customers will enjoy an instant cash discount of 4%. Everything is already priced to include the cash discount.
Non-Cash Payments
For your convenience, we also accept electronic payments. However, if you use a credit card or any other method of electronic payment, then there will be a non-cash adjustment for 4% automatically added to your total payment amount
