I want to give flowers praise hugs...everything else to Veronica and Sharon! I needed some records for a job and they went FAR & BEYOND to help me!! I cannot possibly thank them enough. They made me feel truly cared for and even loved! Ty ladies...honestly you all are the best. Bc if you I can move forward with my job. They NEED raises. You guys are blessed to have them.

If I could give them more stars I would. I can't remember the last time I was in a hospital let alone urgent care but my visits have been nothing short of amazing. The staff was very efficient and extremely helpful. Everyone was very welcoming in my experience and the nurses (sorry if I'm wrong about your position) and the physicians were incredible. Although I hope to never go back I know if I do this place exists in my neighborhood. I'm beyond grateful and feeling the closest I've felt to normal in almost a month and I owe that to the everyone who helped me as a patient. Even the wonderful lady who checked me in and the few ppl in back who wished me well. Thank you all so very much, I appreciate you and my job appreciates you.

Very Attentive and detailed in there process would recommend to family and friends

My urgent care experience was likely life saving; definitely life changing and holistic from the time I walked in the door to the time my visit with the clinicians concluded. The Intake staff member was engaging, kind and bubbly (she has an amazing patient personality)the Nurse kept me calm, was innately warm spirited (great sense on humor and empathetic); Renita (Physician’s Assistant) helped me connect the dots with my health concern; took the time to practice breathing techniques with me (honestly she didn’t have to do so…she could have directed me to the internet and left me to my own devices); observed and tuned into things that help me reflect on how to better my health and lifestyle. It was so powerful and uplifting to get the help I needed!!!!

I had great experiences with Premier! Both times I visited once with my nephew who had a bee sting on his lip and once for Covid testing. Both times I experienced short wait times and caring professional service.

They always take good care of you, and the wait time is not long. The staff is very friendly and down to Earth.

1/22/2021Very professional and friendly. Came here to get my girls a rapid Covid test for a show. Results took 15 minutes. Total time took about an hour.
