Renita White has served in the healthcare industry for the past 17 years and has specialized as a physician assistant (PA) in emergency medicine for the last nine years. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed in the state of Illinois. Renita graduated from John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago in 2006. She has worked in several healthcare specialties, but found her passion in urgent/emergency care. She developed an impressive breadth of knowledge and unique skill set by practicing in internal medicine, family medicine and plastic surgery. Ms. White deeply enjoys interacting with all of her patients. She feels true satisfaction knowing her efforts can often help her patients feel better and happier. She evaluates, diagnoses and treats common medical conditions and performs basic and intermediate surgical procedures. Her special interests include acute procedures and patient education. Renita is also an 18-year-veteran serving as a PA in the United States Army Reserves.
